Therefore, we offer FREE SHIPPING for order within United Arab Emirates and Pakistan, and with minor charges for orders that are placed from other Arab Gulf Countries “GCC”. So, currently we don’t ship to any other countries. You may subscribe for updates or check with our support for shipping to your country, we are looking to expand our horizons to ship worldwide so stay tuned!
For orders within GCC, please allow up 5-10 business days for delivery but below outlines further specifics surrounding shipping time frames. We use 10-day period time frame as a precaution to ensure your order delivers in time, in most cases orders arrive well before the maximum time frame and usually within 3-5 business days.

We answer messages we receive as quickly as possible. We aim to contact you within a maximum of 24hrs from the first point of contact with us.
Once an order is placed, our warehouse staff will pack and ship your order within 24-48 hours. This can be extended if your order is placed on the weekend. If you notice an error with your shipping address we advise you contact us immediately with your name and order # so we can correct your delivery address before the package leaves our warehouses.
Order processing times are between 1~3 business days after the day you placed your order. Most packages are prepared within 24 hours, but if our warehouse is exceptionally backed up processing times may go up to 3 business days following the day you placed your order.
Our warehouse staff dispatch and ship out all orders from Mondays – Fridays (excluding major holidays). After placing your order, your package should be shipped out within 1-2 business days after your order is placed, and you will receive an email with the tracking number soon after. E-Packet via carriers such as FedEx and UPS is our primary carrier for GCC. Please contact our customer service center for buying products other than GCC and Pakistan.
It totally depends on the size of your consignment/shipment, and you may receive separate packages in case of delivery in volume.
In the event that any of your items are out of stock, we will send you an email to let you know when we expect to have the items shipped out by. If the items are not expected to be restocked within 2 weeks, we will just automatically refund you for those items.
At this moment we only ship to GCC and Pakistan based customers. We are looking forward to spread our horizons for international customers in the nearby future.

Simply go to the Track My Order link on the Home Page or in the Main Menu and input your tracking number to see where your package is. If you need further assistance, we are always willing to help you.
Often, tracking numbers will only function on domestic orders, as foreign postal systems will not update the location of the package in our carriers’ systems. International shipping usually takes up to 2 weeks, so you can estimate that it will take about that long from the time your package ships until you’ll receive it. If your order is domestic and the tracking number doesn’t work, please let us know so we can make sure that your items were properly shipped.
All domestic (UAE) & GCC delivery issues become the responsibility of USPS once it’s been shipped from our warehouse or suppliers. You can contact USPS at firstname.lastname@example.org to locate your package.
If any of your purchased items are missing or are damaged please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
